Due to the nature of digital products Design It Sew It doesn't accept returns, exchange or refunds. If you have issues downloading the file please email info@designitsewit.com.
Any latest patterns modifications/revision is completely free of charge. Please email us your order number or the receipt and we will send you the updated version.

No part of this pattern may be reproduced, distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying or other electronic or mechanical methods. You may only use our swimsuit patterns for personal use and finished swimsuits that you sell in your business using our patterns. You cannot sell or share our patterns to any platform like Facebook groups, Website, Wetransfer, Google Drive etc... Thank you for respecting our hard work.
READY TO WEAR / CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER / PRE - MADE / DAMAGE POLICY
Due to the nature of custom made-to-order goods we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Before purchasing please refer to our Sizing Guide for sizing assistance and double check your order.
All sales purchase are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchange according to our policy UNLESS the item is defective. We do not offer exchange for a “change of mind” or cancellation on any product.
You will be subject to your return package's delivery & customs cost to and from UNLESS the item is defective (in which case we would cover the charge and replace the item for free)
If we do not have a replacement in stock, we will issue a refund or credit note.
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: underwear, lingerie, bikini bottoms & one piece swimsuits or other products which are personalised to your order.
DAMAGE PRODUCT
We accept returns/echange on all damage products. You must contact us first at info@designitsewit.com with the subject “Damage” and explanation prior to shipping/return the product. Please note that exchange for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied. We will cover the shipping fee.
We operate a No-Refund/Exchange policy unless the product is damage.
The damage product need to be returned within 7 days from the date you received the package providing the following conditions:
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached with the original package.
